You wonder who this is? This is my bestie, Jenny Ngoc Huynh.
It’s been probably about a year since (give or take a few) I met this wonderful person that I love to call my BESTIE. At first when we met, it was a little weird. Not getting to talk to her, nudging her here and there, trying to start a conversation with her. She was pretty quiet at first, but now I like how she talks a lot more. We texted each other here and there and then we started hanging out. Went to random places, parks, ditched school, Yogurtland, hookah! It was some of the best moments of my Senior year. I will never forget it. Took a bunch of pictures in a car while it was pouring hard. Starbucks - White Chocolate Mocha to warm our stomachs on those days that were cold. Deep talks while sitting in a car. Scratchers was so fun. Winning $4 was something so amazing that I just screamed my lungs out saying “I WON!” The license plate game, Sandwich! And all those punches from those damn Buggies.
Nowadays, it’s a little hard to see each other. Going to college, her having work, less time in a day. It’s a little rare that we get to see each other. But when we do get to hang out, I can still pour out all my thoughts for her to listen to me. I can still call her the BESTIE that I called her a year ago. I love my BESTIE with all my heart and I want her to know that she can count on me for whatever she needs. I’m all ears and am willing to listen to her vent for hours. I don’t know what my life would be like if she never made an impact on my life by me meeting her and getting to know her.
All I want to say is that, JENNY NGOC HUYNH, you are the BEST fucking BESTIE in the whole fucking wide world! No one is ever going to replace you!
